Everything was very good, including really helpful staff. My hotel room was warm and cozy with the private bathroom. Location: the venue was adjacent to market and the main square. I randomly popped in The Donut Nest serving some pastries, located relatively close to the hotel, it was nice.

The hotel was excellent and met my needs. Amicable staff who cared about me. the double room I asked for was good and lovely, equipped with a fridge. Marvellous and stunning location close to a handy tram station. I would be happy to recommend this property; didn't want to say goodbye.

Stayed in a fab century-old building, but oh my, those stairs! Free wifi saves the day.
Who needs an elevator in an ancient monument? Climbing stairs in heels, please!

Conveniently located just a short distance from the city center, which was perfect for exploring Zagreb. the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering helpful tips and even driving us to an ATM when we needed cash. the accommodation was clean and comfortable, with cozy furniture and a warm shower.
The room was quite small, leaving little space for luggage and personal belongings. the lack of sound insulation meant that noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard, reducing privacy.

We had a great experience staying at Rooms Eliza. the cheerful owner provided us with plenty of helpful tips about the city, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room, although cozy, was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the location was convenient, and the employee who greeted us was very polite and always available to assist us.
The free parking nearby was a bonus, although we decided to park on the street due to the area being a bit dodgy at night. Cons: All was perfect!

I got great value for my money at Rooms Eliza. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a private bathroom down the hall. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the center. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The only suggestion I have for the breakfast menu would be to offer a wider variety of options.
